Eden de Capilla informs you about the modalities of our resort:
Rates include: The prices that we send after a request are referred unique and exclusively to the facilities enumerated in our reply and they will be informed as final prices, in pesos per day and per department, it should be paid in the settled conditions at the moment of the confirmation of the reservation.
They include: daily room cleaning and change of bed clothes every two days.
Rates do not include: beverages, meals, laundry, clothes ironing, telephone calls, tickets to National Parks and no other extra services.
Bookings: All bookings can be sent by telephone or via fax or e-mail. The reservation will only be confirmed by means of writing communication that the The Eden de Capilla Resort will send by e-mail and this will be considered as settled against the payment of the total price (100% in high season or 50% in low season). Otherwise the Resort will not guarantee the availability of the reservation requested and will drop it automatically. Partial or total payment of the reservations in advance means the acceptance of the present conditions of contracting.
Pets are not allowed

Visitors:
The Eden de Capilla determines that the guests will be allowed to receive two visitors per day and per flat/department and it is totally prohibited the use of the installations for these occasional visitors. The guests have to comply strictly with the number of people declared in the reservation related to the occupancy of the flats.
